Hi there this is Mrinal once again
And often get a question like
On how do you create an intro or animation
on my videos?
And well in this next 5 mins
I’ll show
Not 1 or 2 or even 3
But 5 piece of software to create some beautiful
intro
Using your Android, iPhone or computer.
And before we get started,
Here are samples,
We are going to create in
this video.
---
---
Now, most of these apps are free
and I’ll have the link to all of them in
the description below
So, let’s get started.
--
[Android]
If you have an Android smartphone then you
can use
Legend app
I’ve mentioned this app several times in my
video, and
This is what I and many other YouTuber use
in their videos
Simply type in the text
And select from pre-built templates
But to be honest,
most of these templates are too basic and
overused
I use them in the middle of the video, but
not for the video intro,
So, what I suggest instead is
Using an app Quip.
It’s quite similar to the previous one,
But offer a little better templates.
Anyways, both Legend and quip are free
And export footage in 1080p without any watermark.
[iOS]
In case you are using an iPhone or iPad
Well, then you can use apps like - intro maker
I know the name is generic
But, it works
Obviously, you can add background music and
text overlay
Or otherwise, it won’t be called an intro
maker app.
But frankly speaking,
I won’t recommend creating intros using
mobile apps
Unless you really have.
They are just too basic.
[Panzoid]
Another popular intro maker is panzoid
Just like the android apps
You can edit a template here
But this works online on your computer
If you find the template you like
Simply edit in the clipart
You can change everything from objects, animation
colours or background music
But most of you just want to play with the
text.
And once you are happy with you to change download
it.
Now, again Panzoid is not for everyone, it’s
certainly is not for me
Most of the templates are kind of old or
good for the gaming channel,
I prefer flat colours and minimalism.
[ render foreset.]
So, if you want a better template that you can
edit on your browser
Maybe you can try to render foreset.
Their templates are amazing
But, unfortunately, the free version has watermarks
So, if you really some templates
You can consider buying it.
Though the price is too high,
And with a bit of extra work,
You can get the same result for free
[Velosfy]
How?
Well, you can download free After effects
or sony vegas templates from velocity
their collection is quite good
And are uploaded by animators themselves under
creative common.
But, remember these are just project files
which you will have to download
and then edit on your system
Also, you might have to give credits in the
description of your video
Which is totally fair.
Editing in After effects is pretty easy
But, I personally, still don’t use this
method
Since AA is pretty expensive
[Videohive]
So, what is the best suggest?
Well, you can buy templates from video hives
This is what I did
And I’m not wrong, most YouTuber do the
same.
All the intro, outro and lower thirds are
highly professional
Also less common, since they are paid.
I recently found some good templates for
FCP
Which I think, I’ll today
But, yeah, if you are just starting a YouTube
channel
You should go with free templates and apps
And once you reach a certain level, you can
invest some money in here.
Or even a hire an animator, to make a custom
one.
Well,
this is all for now
If I was able to give you what you were looking
for
Then go ahead and hit that like button
And if you really want to support this channel
Then you can do that,
By going to audibletrial.com/mrinal (it’s
the first link in the description)
And sign up for free service
The first audiobook is free and then it’s
$15 every month.
Right now, I’m listening to -
A thousand splendid suns by Khalid hussanie
And I believe, it’s definitely something
everyone should read
Even if you don’t want to get an audiobook,
Go get the paperback or something.
So, that’s pretty much,
If you are aspiring YouTuber,
And want some advice
Then feel free to leave me an email
